Hyaluronic Acid (HA) aids in the healing of ulcers, while local application of Benzydamine (Bnz) reduces inflammation. In this review, Bnz-HA, a triple-layer oromucosal film, was created for quick limited treatment of oral mucositis, contrasted with regular details, with the mean to drag out Bnz maintenance onto the impacted region and improve its remedial viability by HA joining. Because early detection and treatment significantly reduce morbidity and mortality, the exclusion of carcinoma should be the top priority for mucosal lesions. This article examines these disorders and the characteristics that set them apart, highlighting the significance of taking a history, performing a clinical examination, and conducting additional research before arriving at a definitive diagnosis. Previously known as Wegener's granulomatosis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a systemic auto-immune disease that mostly affects blood vessels of small and medium size and has the potential to kill. This condition is characterized by necrotizing granulomatous lesions of the respiratory tract, vasculitis, and glomerulonephritis. It can occur in a variety of organs, particularly the kidneys, lungs, and ear, nose, and throat. In addition, 50% of cases have orbital involvement. This study describes a rare case of Wegener's granulomatosis. A 62-yearold man presented with thrush on tongue margins, ocular lesions, and involvement of his hands and feet. We performed an incisional biopsy due to the extensive ulcers, which revealed serious vasculitis and a provocative invade consistent with Wegener's disease. Following that, a systemic corticosteroid and benzydamine mouthwash were prescribed. The treatment completely eliminated the lesions.
